PANTHEON OF LEATHER XIXPantheon of Leather XIX34 Award Recipients Named Pantheon of Leather Community Service Awards Make IML Debut The Pantheon of Leather Community Service Awards XIX Show was held in the Continental Ballroom of the Chicago Hilton Towers on Friday night, May 22 with approximately 250 Leatherfolk there to witness the award presentations during International Mr. Leather 2009 Weekend. Frank Nowicki and Lenny Broberg teamed up as emcees and they were brilliant. The show started late, but moved at a fast pace once it got started. Just over half of the award recipients were there to receive their awards. The norm is 60 percent, so it was slightly off the average. The show opened with a couple of numbers by Chicago favorite Cyon Flare who has performed at Pantheon of Leather several times. The main entertainment was provided by the famous Sharon McNight from San Francisco who opened the second half of the show with several songs and parodies. There were 343 nominees for the 34 awards presented. Word of mouth had it that the show was terrific and many are looking forward to 2010.
