The Third Annual Fort Lauderdale Leather Pride Weekend will be held November 1-4, 2012 in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Fort Lauderdale Leather Pride will start with a Leather community dinner on Thursday at one of the area's fine restaurants.
The Friday night reception at Leather Werks will have an art exhibit opening courtesy of the Leather Archives and Museum along with an Elder's Panel. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear Hardy Haberman, Caro, John Warren, Master Z of Chicago and Mistress Carla in a discussion of Leather history and answer audience questions. This discussion will be followed by a play party in the Leather Werks dungeon.
The fun will include pool parties both Saturday and Sunday, a Pig Dance, dungeon time and more parties.
The Fort Lauderdale Leather Pride committee is preparing for the largest turn-out yet of hot Leathermen and women. The popularity of this event has grown each year and the cooler November weather gives everyone a great opportunity to gear up in their favorite Leathers, rubber or whatever they love to show off.
Formore information about Fort Lauderdale Leather Pride, go to www.FtLLeatherPride.com or visit the Leather Werks store in Fort Lauderdale.

The DC Eagle will close at its current location on November 30. The bar has been open at noon 365 days a year for almost 41 years, and is home to numerous clubs and organizations including Spartan MC, ASGRA, The Highwaymen, Centaur MC and the Potomac MC.
According to Ted, Peter and David, the DC Eagle will be closing its doors after 41 years in the Penn Quarter of downtown Washington DC. They expect to re-open in the spring between March and May, depending on how long it takes to do renovations and get through the red-tape. They are looking at five potential buildings that could house the new bar The Eagle In Exile, doing business as DC Eagle.
There are currently 49 shares in DC Eagle Corporation available for purchase, shares are $10,000 each, and clubs as well as individuals are welcome to invest in the new building.
