The Warriors Motorcycle Club of Los Angeles will be folding their club colors after 45 years. Their current President, Steve Harman reports that, "due to the changing atmosphere in the biking community combined with the lack of new membership in the club, we no longer have a need to continue."
The club started in 1969, and their club uniform was based on the Las Vegas Police Department at the time. Compared with the other motorcycle clubs at the time in Southern California, the Warriors had a more refined nature when compared to the other motorcycle groups.
The final Anniversary will be held May 3 by invitation only at a restaurant in Downtown los angeles. Cost will be $50/ per which includes hosted bar, hors d'oeuvres, main entree, anniversary cake, and commemorative pin. Seating is limited to 60 people.
