Organizers for the Northwest Boot Weekend have continued with their controversial stand from last year. "No program book, no name badges, no wristbands, no swag bags; we want to reduce complexity, effort and costs to provide an accessible and affordable event for everyone. All bootblack tips go to the bootblacks and they can keep or donate their tips however they choose," say the organizers.
