Supreme Court rules - Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 applies to LGBTQ

Everyone already knows, but we just have to celebrate here, nonetheless. On June 15, the US Supreme Court, in a 6-3 decision, ruled that Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the federal law that prohibits discrimination on the basis sex, also protects employees from discrimination on the basis of their sexual orientation or gender identity. This decision confirms workplace anti-discrimination protections for LGBTQ people across the country. In the opinion, Justice Gorsuch wrote that when an employer fires an individual for being LGBT “fires that person for traits or actions it would not have questioned in members of a different sex. Sex plays a necessary and undisguisable role in the decision, exactly what Title VII forbids. … the limits of the drafters’ imagination supply no reason to ignore the law’s demands. When the express terms of a statute give us one answer and extratextual considerations suggest another, it’s no contest. Only the written word is the law, and all persons are entitled to its benefit.”

The Oedipus MC Monthly Ride will go to Solvang for Sausagefest on Sunday, May 31 at 10 AM – 2 PM. Oedipus has a long and proud tradition of encouraging guests to join them on their rides. Oedipus MC doesn’t want to decline any rider who chooses to attend, but they have certain minimum expectations that the club insists on – basically, a fully legal rider on a road-ready bike. International Puppy and Trainer

The 18th Annual International Puppy and Trainer Contest (IPTC) was held at IPAHW on July 26-28 in Indianapolis, IN where NE puppy 2019 Pup Sirius was sashed as the 2019-2020 International Puppy and Handler David as the 2019-2020 IPTC International Trainer. 20 outstanding contestants from all over the world graced the stage and competed, 16 puppies and four Handler/Trainers. Representation this year came from the USA, Canada, UK, Austria, and Australia. Contestants competed over the course of the weekend, with the choice of doing a show ring or fantasy/play scene as one of their main judging components. 10 judges (which included two international judges from the Netherlands and Australia), five for the Puppies and five for the Handler/Trainers, were brought to IPTC to adjudicate the contest.

MIR 22 - The Art Of Rubber

11 men vied for the Mr. International Rubber 2019 title on Saturday, November 11 and Guillaume Dupuis emerged victorious. First runner-up was Nico Watson and second runner-up was Rubber Fenix. Guillaume lives in Guillaume Dupuis, Canada. Kylon Hooks served as an entertaining emcee. Mr. International Rubber 22 was chock full of activities including the Mr. International Rubber Contest, Kink Market and Social, Rubber Pup Rumpus, Gear Sale, Demo Pit, Rubber Club Summit, Lubed-up Latex Wrestling and Kink Education.
